2. Corserva will lend the product to the customer. The product is shipped at the expense of Corserva to the customer`s address on the attached offer. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs when returning the product to Corserva at the end of the demo period. The Demo Products Agreement, effective as of the date set forth below between Mobile Mounting Solutions, Inc. („Mobile Mounts”) and customer (set forth below), sets forth the terms of lending the products listed in the attached offering („Product”) to Customer for the sole purpose of product demonstration and evaluation.
